KKR VS RCB (Kolkata Knight Riders VS Royal Challengers Bangalore) IPL 2025 Match 1 Highlights: Riding on fantastic fifties from Virat Kohli and Phil Salt, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) registered a comfortable seven-wicket win over defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the opening match of the IPL 2025 at Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Saturday.

IPL 2025 KKR VS RCB Highlights: Riding on fantastic fifties from Virat Kohli and Phil Salt, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) registered a comfortable seven-wicket win over defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the opening match of the IPL 2025 at Eden Gardens in Kolkata on Saturday.

Kohli (59 not out) and Salt added 95 runs for the opening wicket in just 8.3 overs as RCB chased down the target in just 16.2 overs. 

Earlier, skipper Ajinkya Rahane made a wonderful 56 and shared a 103-run stand for the second wicket with Sunil Narine (44, 26b) as at one stage KKR looked to break the 200-run margin with ease. But RCB made a sensational comeback in the game and eventually won the season opener.
