These rare brews are produced through unique processes involving animals, resulting in distinctive flavors and limited availability.

Black Ivory Coffee – $2,500 per kilogram
Produced in Thailand and the Maldives, Black Ivory Coffee is crafted by elephants consuming Thai Arabica coffee cherries. The beans undergo natural fermentation in the elephants' digestive systems, imparting a smooth, chocolatey flavor with hints of red berries. Approximately 35 kilograms of cherries are required to yield just under one kilogram of coffee. With an annual production of only about 225 kilograms, it is among the rarest coffees.
