Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday launched a scathing attack against TMC chief and CM Mamata Banerjee, accusing her of promoting "freedom of hooliganism in the name of appeasement" in Bengal. He further highlighted that West Bengal is surrounded by many crises simultaneously, including the safety of our mothers and sisters, a crisis of extreme despair, and rampant unemployment.
While addressing the public in Bengal, PM Modi exaggerated that the Bengal crisis including the unsafety of Women, unemployment, unemployment, selfish politics of TMC and other.
"... Today West Bengal is surrounded by many crises simultaneously. Second is the unsafety of our mothers and sisters who are being subjected to heinous crimes. The third crisis is of the extreme despair and rampant unemployment spreading among the youth. The fourth crisis is of the continuously unemployment. The fifth crisis is of the selfish politics of the ruling party, that steals the rights of the poor," he said.
Earlier in Sikkim, Modi said improving connectivity remains one of the main achievements of his government, which has, over the past decade, ushered in a slew of rail and road projects, including in the Northeastern state of Sikkim.
