Kadi BY-Election Result Highlights: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has retained the Kadi Assembly seat in Gujarat with its candidate Rajendrakumar Chavda securing the victory by a margin of 39,452 votes over his rival.   

Vote counting for the Kadi Assembly by poll in North Gujarat commenced on Monday morning. This Assembly by poll, conducted by the Election Commission of India (ECI), was necessitated by the passing of former BJP MLA Karsanbhai Solanki. 

Key candidates included BJP's Rajendra Chavda and Congress's Ramesh Chavda, with AAP also fielding Jagdish Chavda. Voting concluded peacefully on Thursday with a provisional turnout of 56.89%.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has secured a significant victory in the Kadi Assembly by-election, with its candidate Rajendra Chavda emerging triumphant by a commanding margin of 39,452 votes.

According to the final results declared by the Election Commission of India (ECI), Rajendra Chavda garnered a total of 99,742 votes. This decisive win for the BJP in Kadi reinforces its strong presence in the region.

As per the latest official trends released by the Election Commission of India (ECI), Rajendra Chavda is currently ahead by a significant margin of 34,597 votes after 15 rounds of counting. The Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) Jagdish Chavda is trailing in a distant third position. With such a substantial lead, Rajendra Chavda appears poised for a comfortable victory in this crucial North Gujarat constituency.
