Shiv Sena to skip PM Modi's event in Mumbai

According to sources, Shiv Sena will not attend PM Modi's event of laying the the foundation stone of the Dr B R Ambedkar memorial in Mumbai, which clearly displays that things are not wellbetween PM Modi and Shiv Sena.
