In Season 4, the village of Phulera witnesses a fierce competition between Manju Devi and Kranti Devi for the position of village head.
The ensemble cast brings together Jitendra Kumar as Sachiv Abhishek Tripathi, Neena Gupta as Manju Devi (Pradhan), Raghubir Yadav as Brij Bhushan Dubey (Pradhan Ji), Faisal Malik as Prahlad Pandey (Deputy Pradhan), Chandan Roy as Vikas Shukla (Office Assistant) alongside his on-screen wife Khushboo (Tripti Sahu), Sanvikaa as Rinki Dubey, Durgesh Kumar as Bhushan (Banrakas) with Sunita Rajwar portraying his wife Kranti Devi, Ashok Pathak as Binod, Bulloo Kumar as Madhav and Pankaj Jha as MLA Chandrakishore Singh.
34-year-old Jitendra Kumar, who plays the lead role of Sachiv Abhishek Tripathi, is reportedly the highest-paid actor of the season. According to an NDTV report, he charged Rs 70,000 per episode, making his total earnings for the season Rs 5,60,000.
Veteran actress Neena Gupta, who portrays Manju Devi and takes center stage this season with the election storyline, reportedly earned Rs 50,000 per episode. With 8 episodes, she earned approximately Rs 4,00,000 for Panchayat 4.
Raghubir Yadav, who plays the much-loved character of Pradhan Ji, reportedly earned Rs 40,000 per episode. His total earnings for the season stand at around Rs 3,20,000.
Faisal Malik, known for his emotional yet humorous portrayal of Prahlad Pandey, reportedly received Rs 20,000 per episode. For 8 episodes, he earned Rs 1,60,000.
Chandan Roy, who plays the comical yet heartwarming Vikas, was also paid Rs 20,000 per episode. His total earnings from Panchayat 4 amount to Rs 1,60,000.
