From Virender Sehwag To Shahid Afridi: List Of Cricketers Who Married Their Relatives

Former India explosive opener Virender Sehwag tied the knot with his cousin sister Aarti Ahlawat back in 2004. Aarti's aunt had been married to Sehwag's cousin.

As per reports, there is a rift going on between Sehwag and his wife and as a result, fans may witness yet another high-profile divorce.

Former Pakistan player Shahid Afridi got married to Nadia, who is the daughter of his maternal uncle. The couple got married in 2000 and has four daughters. One of Shahid Afridi’s daughters, Ansha Afridi is married to star pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi.

Bangladesh star pacer Mustafizur Rahman tied the knot with his maternal cousin Samia Parvin. Star left-arm pacer got married to Samia back in 2019. Samia Parveen is a psychology student at Dhaka University.

Bangladesh cricketer Mosaddek Hossain got married to his cousin sister Sharmin Samira Usha back in 2012. Mosaddek got married when he was just 16 years old.

Former Pakistan batter Saeed Anwar got married to his cousin Lubna in 1996. Anwar and Lubna also had a daughter named Bismah before she died in 2001. 

Pakistan legendary woman cricketer Bismah Maroof got married to her cousin Abrar Ahmed in 2018. Bismah tied the knot in the presence of his family and friends in an intimate function in Lahore.
