Dawood Ibrahim's brother Iqbal Kaskar arrested by Mumbai police

Iqbal Kaskar, the brother of fugitive underworld don Dawood Ibrahim, was on Monday night arrested by the crime branch of the Thane police in connection with an investigation into an extortion case.
