Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said terrorists who killed two teachers at a school in the old city of Idgah in Srinagar on Thursday will be given a "befitting reply". The victims were reportedly shot from point blank range after some unidentified men barged inside the building.
