Shimla rape case: CBI arrests 8 policemen including IG

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Tuesday arrested Inspector General (IG) Zahur H Zaidi and seven other policemen in connection with Kotkhai rape suspect Surat Singh's custodial death case.
