The former England captain played for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in 2015-2016 before being picked by Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in 2020, where he was appointed captain and led the team until 2021.
Explosive all-rounder Yusuf Pathan was a key player for KKR from 2011 to 2017, playing a crucial role in their title wins. He later joined SRH for the 2018-2019 seasons.

Wicketkeeper-batsman Quinton de Kock played for SRH in 2013 and is now part of KKR’s squad in IPL 2025.
Rahul Tripathi played for KKR in 2020 and 2021, making a strong impact, before being picked by SRH in IPL 2022.
