⁠5-Minute Dahi Poha: Your New Breakfast Bestie

Start by rinsing 1 cup of medium-thick poha and let it sit in a strainer for two to three minutes so that it softens.

Meanwhile whisk the curd in a bowl until smooth and adjust the quantity according to how creamy you like it.

Now add spices like a pinch of salt, black pepper, roasted cumin powder, and a little chaat masala for a tangy kick.

Then mix the poha and curd together and mix well to combine them completely.

Then if you want to prepare the temper by heating one tablespoon of oil, add mustard seeds, green chili and curry leaves in it. Instantly pour this tempering over the dahi poha for extra flavor.

For the freshness add the chopped fresh coriander leaves, grated carrot and cucumber for crunch.

7.

Immediately serve the dahi poha at room temperature and enjoy.
