Tomatoes, Dried Red Chilies, Garlic, Ginger, Oil, Salt, Sugar, Vinegar or Lemon Juice.
First step it to take a pot and build the roughly chopped tomatoes along with dried red chilies for 5-7 minutes until they are soft.
Now take a pan and heat some oil in it then sauté garlic and ginger until it's fragrant.
Now take a blender and add boiled tomatoes along with chilies, sautéed garlic, and ginger and blend everything until no crumbs are left.
Now add salt and sugar according to your taste and preference.
Now add some lemon juice or vinegar for extra taste and blend everything again.
Your spicy momo chutney is now ready, enjoy it with momo.
