7 Step Hung Curd Sandwich Recipe

Step 1:

In a bowl, mix hung curd with finely chopped veggies, coriander leaves, and spices (salt, pepper, chaat masala). Mix well until creamy.

Step 2:

Add a little green chutney or grated paneer for added flavor, if desired.

Step 3:

Use fresh or lightly toasted bread. Trim the edges if preferred.

Step 4:

Evenly spread the curd mixture on one slice. Don’t overfill to avoid sogginess.

Step 5:

Place another slice on top and press gently. You can cut into halves or triangles at this point.

Step 6:

Toast on a tawa with a little butter/ghee or use a sandwich grill for a crispy finish. Or leave it plain for a soft sandwich.

Step 7:

Serve immediately with green chutney or ketchup. Best enjoyed fresh to avoid sogginess.
