Step 1:

Make soft dough using flour, salt, and water. Rest it for 15 minutes.

Step 2:

Prepare filling with mashed potatoes, paneer, spices, and salt. Cook lightly.

Step 3:

Roll out rotis from dough and cook them on a pan.

Step 4:

Spread green chutney and tamarind chutney on the cooked roti.

Step 5:

Add filling in the center, then top with onions and optional cheese.

Step 6:

Sprinkle chaat masala, and drizzle some mayo (if you like).

Step 7:

Roll the roti tightly like a wrap and lightly toast on the pan till crispy.
