Hydrating Beverages & Foods

Hydration starts from within. Drink at least 8–10 glasses of water daily and incorporate cooling drinks like coconut water, lemon water, chaas, or aam panna.

Switch to Lightweight Moisturizers

For best results, apply moisturizer on damp skin right after cleansing to lock in hydration.
