A Summer Must-Try: Chilled Pomegranate Curd

Step 1:

Strain the yogurt using muslin cloth for 15-20 minutes or until the excess water is removed.

Step 2:

Now take fresh pomegranate and blend it, strain its juice to remove the seeds.

Step 3:

Take a bowl and whisk the yogurt with natural sweetener honey or sugar until smooth.

Step 4:

Gradually pour the pomegranate juice and combine it completely with the yogurt.

Step 5:

You can add lemon zest or chia seeds for enhanced texture and flavors and then refrigerate it for 15-20 minutes or until it completely cools down.

Step 6:

Pour this pomegranate curd into serving bowls.

Step 7:

Garnish it with pomegranate seeds and mint leaves. Enjoy your tasty and refreshing pomegranate yogurt.
