Heat some oil in a pan and sauté chopped garlic, chilies and spring onions.
Then add onions and stir-fry it.
Add grated carrots, cabbage, beans, capsicum and beetroot. Fry them while making sure they’re still crunchy.
Then add vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce, pepper and salt.
Place a spoonful of stuffing on a spring roll wrapper.
Apply flour paste on the edges and roll tightly while folding the sides of the roll.
Deep fry the rolls until golden brown and crisp.Then drain excess oil and cut into pieces and serve!
