Start by preparing the broccoli for that, blanch it properly if you want to have tender broccoli, or rinse and wash it if you want to have it raw.
For protein, toss it with tofu or grilled/ baked chicken; you can also add quinoa as it's a bonus plant protein.
Now make your salad vibrant for that add cherry tomatoes, red onions, cranberries, and nuts.
Then in a bowl prepare the dressing by adding Greek yogurt, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Add this prepared dressing to the prepared broccoli salad mix and stir to combine everything evenly.
Sprinkle some chia seeds or flax seeds for extra fibre and also squeeze lemon on it for a tangy kick.
