Ingredients:

2 Croissants, Mozzarella Cheese, Tomato, Avocado, Cucumber, Lettuce, Mayonnaise or Pesto, Butter

Step 1

First step is to take a croissant and cut it from the between to make the space for the filling.

Step 2

Now slightly toast the croissant from both the sides with the butter.

Step 3

Now apply a good amount of mayonnaise or pesto to the inside of each croissant.

Step 4

Wash all the vegetables mentioned above and slice them nicely.

Step 5

Now place the layer of lettuce along with cucumber, tomato, avocado, and cheese.

Serve

Your fresh and delicious croissant sandwich is now ready, serve and enjoy.
