Boil some spinach for a few seconds, then rinse with cold water. Mix it with salt and sesame oil.
Cook a thin egg omelette and then cut it into strips.
Lightly cook some carrots and crab sticks in a pan.
Then mix some cooked rice with sesame oil and salt.
Place seaweed on a bamboo mat, spread rice on it.
Add the fillings - pickled radish, burdock, crab stick, egg, carrot and spinach.
Then roll tightly and seal with water. Brush with some sesame oil. Slice and serve!
