Heat some oil and fry chopped garlic for about a minute.
Add chicken and a little soy sauce to the pan.
Then add the chopped onions and veggies. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes.
Mix salt, sugar, more soy sauce and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Mix some flour with water to make up a sticky paste.
Put fried filling on a spring roll sheet. Roll, fold sides and apply flour paste to seal.
Fry rolls in hot oil till golden and crispy.
