Start by heating a thick-bottomed tawa on a low flame for 2–3 minutes.
Then add a bit of butter or oil to the pan to prevent sticking.
Take a readymade pizza base or naan, then spread pizza sauce evenly over it.
Add lots of chopped veggies like capsicum, onions, corn, tomatoes, and olives.
Gradually add grated mozzarella or processed cheese according to your preference.
Place the pizza on the tawa, then cover with a lid and cook on a low flame for 6 to 8 minutes until the cheese melts and the base turns golden, crispy.
Your tawa pizza is ready. Remove from heat, sprinkle oregano and chili flakes, slice, and serve hot.
