Take a pan, add one tablespoon of oil in it and then pinch cumin seeds, let them sizzle to release its aroma
Toss in finely chopped green chillies, garlic and a bit of ginger. Saute it for 30 seconds for a pahadi vibe.
Then add finely chopped veggies like onion, carrots, tomatoes and beans. Saute it for 2-3 minutes.
Now sprinkle a pinch of turmeric, red chilli powder and a little garam masala, mix them well.
Gradually pour one and half cup of water and boil it, add maggie & tastemaker.
]Then cook for two to three minutes and stir it occasionally so that it can soak all the spiced up veggie goodness.
Your tasty pahadi maggie is ready. garnish it with coriander and squeeze some lemon juice on it, serve and enjoy.
