Israel-Iran Conflict: Amid the rising tensions between Israel and Iran, as the United States entered the conflict on Sunday, former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has claimed that several nations are ready to "directly supply" Iran with nuclear warheads. He also added that many countries oppose the actions of Israel and the United States.

In a series of posts on the social media platform X, Medvedev took a swipe at the US strikes on three nuclear sites in Iran and listed 10 points in the posts.

"Critical infrastructure of the nuclear fuel cycle appears to have been unaffected or sustained only minor damage," he said.

"The enrichment of nuclear material — and, now we can say it outright, the future production of nuclear weapons — will continue," he wrote.

"A number of countries are ready to directly supply Iran with their own nuclear warheads," Medvedev added.

The former Russian President added that the US is 'entangled in a new conflict', and added that Iran’s political regime has survived — "and in all likelihood, has come out even stronger."

"The vast majority of countries around the world oppose the actions of Israel and the United States," he continued.

Talking about Trump's "Nobel Peace Prize" and said, "At this rate, Trump can forget about the Nobel Peace Prize — not even with how rigged it has become. What a way to kick things off, Mr. President. Congratulations!"

Israel-Iran Conflict

The tensions between the West Asian nations of Israel and Iran have been escalating and the conflict began after Jerusalem launched a massive airstrike on Iranian military and nuclear sites, codenamed “Operation Rising Lion” on June 13. In retaliation, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) also launched a large-scale drone and missile operation, “Operation True Promise 3”, targeting Israeli fighter jet fuel production facilities and energy supply centres.

On Saturday (local time) US also marked its entry into the conflict and targeted three Iranian nuclear sites.
